The majority of the population in Kyrgyzstan are ethnic Kyrgyz (around 70%). Other significant ethnic groups include Russians, Uzbeks, and smaller communities of Ukrainians, Uighurs, and Dungans.
Language: The native language is Kyrgyz and official language is Russian, Many Kyrgyz people are bilingual or multilingual, especially in urban areas.
Culture and Traditions: Traditional nomadic practices have influenced Kyrgyz culture profoundly. Music, especially the komuz (a traditional three-stringed instrument), and oral literature such as epics (Manas) are integral parts of their cultural heritage.
